The Radix MIPS is the all-rounder. Whether touring, trail riding or cross-country, its low weight, excellent ventilation and large protection zones make you feel comfortable on any terrain. The versatile, adjustable Roc Loc® 5 MIPS system allows the helmet to be adjusted perfectly. The P.O.V.™ visor can be adjusted up to 15 degrees, and the robust polycarbonate outer shell is permanently fused to the EPS foam liner as part of the In-Mold™ construction process to improve durability and ventilation without adding volume.

HARD SHELL WITH IN-MOLD HARDBODY™ LOWER WRAP
The two-piece shell combines a tough outer hard shell with a polycarbonate lower shell fused to the liner for durability without adding weight.

INTEGRATED MIPS® BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM
All Giro helmets are designed to reduce as much energy as possible and meet and exceed strict safety standards. The goal of Giro helmets equipped with Integrated Mips is to reduce rotational forces. Giro believes that helmets with this technology can reduce the rotational force that can be transmitted to the rider's brain in certain impacts.

ROC LOC 5 AIR MIPS FIT SYSTEM
This revolutionary fit system adds a new dimension to helmet performance by improving cooling as well as fit, comfort and stability. With a patented design that allows the helmet to float slightly above your head, Roc Loc 5 Air Mips allows cool air to flow directly over your head. This optimizes the performance of the vents and internal channels that dissipate heat from the helmet. The customization options for fit and feel are similar to those of the Roc Loc 5 Mips. You can customize the fit tension and forward and backward tilt in seconds with just one hand.

WIND TUNNEL VENTILATION
Giro helmets are equipped with the proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation system. This ingenious design combines active vents in the helmet shell with exhaust ducts inside the helmet that move cool, fresh air over and around the rider's head while moving heat and stale air to the outside. It's the most effective cooling system on the market - you'll feel the difference every time you ride.

P.O.V. screen
The wing has an adjustment mechanism that allows you to move it up and down in small increments. These steps include three riding positions and a high position to place the goggles over your eyebrows. Thanks to this design, you can easily adjust the visor with one hand while riding.
