Garbaruk is a company from the Ukraine that has its roots in motorsport.
The design and manufacture of tuning parts for engines and chassis was one of Garbaruk's specialties. Today, the cycling enthusiasts, the Garbaruk brothers, incorporate the experience and knowledge they have gained into the production of bicycle parts. All steps from design and production to surface finishing are carried out under one roof.
7075-T651 aluminum from Germany is the raw material from which the Garbaruk chainrings are elaborately CNC-milled. The chainrings have a number of features that set them apart from the competition. The raised teeth minimize the risk of the chain dropping in the event of heavy impacts.

To keep the chain securely in position even without a chain guide, the teeth have a special profile consisting of alternating narrow and wide teeth. The teeth of the Garbaruk chainrings are approx. 40% longer than standard teeth to ensure that this is the case even under very rough and coarse conditions. Furthermore, the teeth are shaped in such a way that the chainring works very well even in muddy conditions. Dirt and mud are effectively removed when the chain runs over.
We recommend the use of a rear derailleur with increased cage tension (SRAM AXS, Shimano Shadow+), which reliably holds the chain in position and prevents the chain from jumping off.
