ENVE rim 27.5 "Gravel G27 650B Disc | 24 holes
The ENVE G27 Gravel Rim is the small robust sister of the G23. A wheel size underneath and even easier it fits the voluminous tires that are used by many riders on coarser routes and looser surfaces. The 320-gram lightest ENVE tubeless rim has a 27 mm mouth and easily holds 27.5 "or 650B tires, and the patent-pending, wide hookless rim flanges provide effective punch-through protection, making the G27 feel off-road to simpler singletrack like At home.
ENVE carbon rims are engineered by ENVE in the US and manufactured to the highest quality standards at the Utah headquarters. Engineers at ENVE have years of experience using carbon in the field of cycling and know what needs to be met by a top product like these carbon rims. At ENVE, everything is focused on harnessing the benefits of carbon and eliminating its disadvantages. So stiff and extremely light rim were developed in which all fibers can run without interruption which corresponds to the best possible utilization of the material thicknesses. This principle was perfected in the spoke holes by continuous fiber strands form the mount for the spoke nipples. Aluinserts, as they are common with other carbon rims, can therefore be dispensed with during production. This reduces the weight and at the same time allows much higher spoke tensions which in turn allow the construction of stiffer wheels!
