Dugast recommends Caffélatex - the sealing milk it contains - for its tubular tires with latex tubes. Many sealing fluids attack latex tubes and have no sealing effect on punctured latex tubes. However, Caffélatex also seals these tubes or tubular tires with sewn-in latex tubes!
