DT SWISS spoke nipple brass PRO LOCK 2 mm | 14mm black
These nipples fit perfectly with DT Swiss spokes and ensure particularly stable wheels. They are also recommended for use on e-bikes. The high processing quality simplifies wheel construction and guarantees a long service life.
Brass is very resistant to external influences. Water, but also de-icing salt or sealant, can practically not harm it. Therefore, these spoke nipples are always used where adverse conditions are likely and low weight is not the most important criterion.
With the PRO LOCK variant, a two-component adhesive was applied to part of the thread. After installation, it activates and hardens. This prevents loosening and achieves an even more stable impeller. However, re-centering is still possible.
