M 542, the rim with the best price / performance ratio for all riders who appreciate the advantages of large 2.6 inch tires. In countless development tests it is ensured that the alloys meet the requirements of the drivers with the hardest start. However, the profile is dimensioned so that the entire rim is still light enough for an all-mountain adventure.

The rim is connected with the sleeve joint procedure. A molded part is pressed uniformly into both ends of the rim profile and the rim is put together. Convinced of the robustness, DT Swiss releases the rim up to a system weight of 120 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims of the current program, the M 542 is also ideally suited for tubeless operation. Only one suitable tubeless tape, tubeless valves and sealing milk is required.
