Just wide enough, just light enough. With a 30 mm gap, the M 502 is suitable for all tires from fairly wide to wide to attack the toughest terrain. The high-quality material combined with a welded rim connection offers an unbeatable ratio between lightweight, large rim width and low price.
The rim is connected with the sleeve joint procedure. A molded part is pressed uniformly into both ends of the rim profile and the rim is put together. Convinced of the robustness, DT Swiss releases the rim up to a system weight of 110 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims of the current program, the M 502 is also ideally suited for tubeless operation. Only one suitable tubeless tape, tubeless valves and sealing milk is required.
