The DT Swiss 240 hub rightly enjoys legendary status. The proven design withstands even the toughest conditions and is suitable for any application. The Ratchet-EXP toothed pulley freehub guarantees reliable propulsion at all times. With this, 36 teeth engage securely via two toothed pulleys, which means large-area power transmission and therefore less susceptibility to wear, as well as a very low free travel of 10°. In addition, the hub body is very low-torsion and can transmit the braking and drive forces evenly to all spokes via both spoke flanges. The hub also impresses with its low weight and ensures a long service life and low maintenance thanks to the perfectly sealed and very smooth-running bearings.
