Behind the young Cyclite brand are Christoph Kirsch and Max Barnsteiner, two bike enthusiasts from Lake Chiemsee, who together have more than 45 years of experience and expertise in marketing and design in the outdoor industry. Since the two of them could not find the perfect bags for their high demands from any manufacturer for their bike-packing tours, they decided to become active themselves and revolutionize the bikepacking market with completely new ideas. The result is the lightest bikepacking bag set on the market. However, Cyclite bags are not only extremely light, but also aerodynamically favorable and practical to use. Thanks to their know-how in the development of lightweight construction and many years of contact with production partners for light functional materials, Cyclite bags are extremely durable, waterproof and have the highest processing quality, despite their low weight. Whether for short overnighters, long distance ultra races or crossing a continent, Cyclite bags are the most efficient way to store your luggage on the bike.
With a volume of 3.6 liters, the Frame Bag Large offers you extra storage space for ultra-distances and longer bike adventures. With a weight of just 232 grams and being placed in the center of the frame, it has almost no influence on the driving dynamics of your bike. The bag is divided into 2 large compartments. In addition, it has a side pocket for credit cards, ID and cash, as well as inner mesh pockets for small items and a practical key hook. A covered opening on the front allows you to run a power cable or a drinking tube out of the bag without rainwater getting in. The compartments are protected against adverse weather conditions by waterproof zips. The extremely hard-wearing nylon fabric specially developed for Cyclite, which is waterproof thanks to high-frequency welding and has a coating on both sides for easy cleaning, ensures the low weight. Four power fixation straps ensure the best hold. Reflective patterns integrated into the bag design make you visible even at night. For racing use, the reinforcement frame can be removed and the weight of the bag reduced by a further 90 grams.
NOTE: The Frame Bag Large requires a certain amount of free space below the top tube, which is not available on some mountain bikes due to the damper suspension.
