In 1973 Campagnolo introduced the first Super Record groupset - a consistent further development of the Record groupset that set new standards in terms of performance, lightweight construction and exclusivity. More than 50 years later, Campagnolo is continuing this tradition with the Super Record 13 platform and taking it to a new level - developed with the aim of setting a new benchmark in the high-end segment.

With the Ultra ball bearing for UltraTorque cranks of the Super Record 13 platform, Campagnolo once again presents the quintessence of Italian precision technology: a ceramic bearing set that combines invisible smoothness with noticeable performance. At the core are ceramic balls made of silicon nitride, manufactured to the strictest aerospace standards, which transform every revolution into efficiency with minimal friction. The highly developed resin cages with double seal protection system ensure a perfect balance between protection and performance, extend service life and guarantee incomparably smooth pedaling. Compared to the standard stainless steel bearings mounted on the Super Record 13 crankset, the Ultra bearing set saves 3g in weight - a subtle but noticeable step towards uncompromising performance.

As a targeted upgrade for the bearings of the Campagnolo Super Record 13 cranks that are permanently pressed onto the Ultra-Torque crankshaft - regardless of whether it is a 1x or 2x version - the set replaces the standard stainless steel bearings. You will need a special bearing puller to remove the bearings and a custom-fit sleeve for mounting them.
