The Barlerina is not as delicate and delicate as you might think from its derivation. No, quite the opposite. It stands for stability and strength to cope with even the toughest downhill, enduro and other terrain.
It is certified for category 5, which defines the toughest demands under extreme riding conditions in mountain biking. However, heavy duty is not always the super trump card, so with a weight of 220g, an ideal balance between strength and agility has been achieved. Comfort, due to the flex of the carbon fibre, was taken into account to minimize fatigue. The ergonomic geometry with 5° upsweep and 9° backsweep also contributes to this.
There is one special feature worth mentioning: The handlebar is suitable for one-piece stems, such as the 77Designz 1 Piece Stem. A tapered shape after the clamping area makes it possible to thread it into the stem clamp.
