Who invented it?
Felix Lüttin, the man behind the 612 Parts brand, comes from the beautiful Lake Constance region and now designs milled add-on parts, such as Die Bremse, in the Swiss canton of Lucerne. The name says it all. The look is as direct as the name: striking, technical, industrial. The brake is produced to the highest quality standards by the company RadoxX in Germany, near Lake Chiemsee.
After one and a half years of development, Felix now presents it: the brake.
Each brake is built personally, to order and by hand. But what do the facts actually say?

The intended use is aimed particularly at fans of downhill entertainment. This is where the brake shows its technical qualities and provides a high level of safety. Particular emphasis was placed on the good modulation of the pressure point. This means that the high braking force can be easily modulated and, thanks to the attractive 2-finger lever, you have everything safely under control. The grip width can be adjusted as required using a 2 mm Allen key. The commands are converted directly into braking force by the steel flex lines at the front and Kevlar lines at the rear, so the 4-piston brake callipers deliver their power directly to the brake discs. 612 Parts also offers you the matching brake disks in 180, 200 or 220 mm diameter (6-hole) as an option.
NOTE: Please note the installation instructions in the appendix! If you do not have the necessary specialist knowledge or tools for correct installation, the installation must be carried out by a specialist workshop with the appropriate knowledge.
Due to the geometry of the brake callipers, they are not compatible with all PM adapters as standard. Compatible PM adapters: 612 Parts (The adapter) | Shimano (SM-MA-F203P/PM) | Magura (QM44) | Galfer (SB002, SB004).
