The All Around pedal from 5DEV can hardly be described more aptly in one sentence.
The pedal offers you a little more freedom of movement on the standing surface and is therefore ideal for all riders who like to vary their foot position on the trail. Nevertheless, they offer outstanding grip so that you can master even the most difficult trails with ease.
The extremely narrow Q-factor and low height minimize the risk of "pedal strikes" and are also recommended for use on e-bikes with their slightly wider drive units.
But 5DEV makes no compromises when it comes to the bearings either: the guys from California install four deep groove ball bearings and an Igus plain bearing inside to ensure that everything rotates as smoothly and for as long as possible. Of course, the pedal body also has to be mounted somewhere. A high-strength axle made of 17-4 stainless steel is used here. The material used is approx. 30% stronger than the Cro-Moly steel usually used.
