SRAM Force AXS Groupset - 2. Generation

The SRAM Force AXS has been proving its worth for over 4 years in competitions, training rounds, on gravel adventures and last but not least on the rides to work and after work. It was time for a proper facelift - and this is what it has now received! With the redesign of the group, technologies from the RED and Rival have also found their way into the Force.

The new rear derailleur looks good and is convincing both in competitions and on Sunday rides. It can be installed on 1x and 2x drivetrains and can handle cassettes with up to 36T sprockets. If you use a 1x drive on your bike and need a wider range, the XPLR version is the right choice. It allows you to use cassettes from 10-36 to 10-44.

The front derailleur comes in discreet black and does without any glamour. It ensures precise shifting, even under load, and is optimised for the special X-Range chainrings. The front derailleur version for wide cranks also offers plenty of space for wide tyres: 700x45c and 27.5x2.1" will not cause you any problems!

The HRD shift/brake levers are more ergonomic: SRAM has optimised the shape of the grips and thus offers more adjustment options for small and large hands. The textured paddle shifters and rubber grips offer you a secure grip and the comfort you need, even in the most adverse conditions.

With the integrated X-Range chainrings, the Force crankset has inherited the finest technology that was previously only available to the RED. These are enormously light, stiff and durable. With 13 teeth difference between the two chainrings in combination with a wide-band cassette, SRAM has found the optimal combination of a large gear range and fewer shifting operations of the front derailleur. The cranks now have an 8-hole mount as standard. This gives you the option of easily retrofitting a power meter at any time.

In combination with the new brake levers, you get performance and controllability that let you be in control of the situation even in tricky situations. The Flat Mount brakes use DOT 5.1 and offer a clear pressure point thanks to their stiff two-piece design. The SRAM Centerline XR brake discs are the perfect partner.
