The most prestigious cyclocross races have been won on Dugast cyclocross tires for decades. With the A Dugast series, Vittoria now also offers you the legendary tires as a folding tire version for tubeless use (hookless-compatible). The five classic tread options cover all conceivable ground conditions in CX sport.
Just like the proven tubular tires, the folding tire versions are also based on an extremely supple cotton carcass with 240 TPI thread density. This ensures optimum adaptation of the tire to the ground and therefore optimum traction and cornering grip. In addition, the smooth rolling characteristics reduce rolling resistance, while the sensitive cotton carcass is covered with a 0.1 millimetre thin neoprene coating to provide optimum protection against moisture and mud.In order to achieve the maximum tire volume without exceeding the 33-millimeter rule of the UCI, Vittoria recommends running the A Dugast TLR tires on rims with an inner width of 21 millimeters.
The Small Bird is the tire for mixed and greasy ground conditions. Its triple rubber compound gives it its excellent riding characteristics. The outer lugs are twice as high as the center lugs and are made of a particularly soft rubber compound. At the same time, the lower center lugs keep rolling resistance low. This makes this tire the ideal mix of Rhino and Typhoon.

3C compound
The 3C rubber compound ensures low rolling resistance and high resistance to cuts and other external influences. A softer rubber compound on the outer lugs ensures maximum cornering grip.

Bead Shield
This additional layer protects the sensitive contact area between the tire and rim.

Inner Shield
A protective layer on the inside of the tire ensures better sealing of the tire and also protects it from punctures.

Vittoria TLR
Tubeless-ready tires offer better handling, more traction and greater comfort compared to normal tube/tire combinations due to the lower air pressure. In addition, the risk of snake bites in the event of punctures is practically reduced to zero. The additional use of tire sealant increases puncture protection even in the event of punctures and small cuts.
