While triathletes and racing cyclists in particular used to benefit from an aerodynamic handlebar attachment, many long-distance cyclists and cyclists are now also fitting them. In addition to the lower air resistance and therefore less effort required, there are other aspects that come into play. If you sit in the saddle for hours on end, the strain on your elbows and hands is very high. Fatigue and pain quickly set in. This is a thing of the past when using an aero attachment and you are still able to perform even after many kilometers. You also generate additional space for small pockets in which you can stow important utensils.
The C3 Clip from Syntace is definitely one of the most ergonomic aero bars on the market. It is the result of many years of experience and development work that have led to this exceptional product, which will provide you with the best possible support for all your challenges. It is very easy to fit. The narrow clamps, which can be opened completely, hold the attachment securely on the top link. You can adjust it to your individual needs using the laterally adjustable arm rests. The pads offer excellent shock absorption and can be replaced quickly. In addition, secondary switches for electronic shift groups can be attached to the top and the cables can be routed inside.

Double Helix Bend
The shape of the cantilevers clearly sets Syntace apart from the crowd. Of course, the rider also gets into an aerodynamic riding position with S-band or straight-bend versions, but unfortunately the hands are in an overextended position, which can lead to fatigue and tension. The curved double helix bend design prevents this. It gives you a loose yet secure grip position and allows you to put a lot of pressure on the pedals. In addition, the back is flatter, which further minimizes braking turbulence.

Correct size selection
Syntace offers the C3 handlebar attachment in various sizes. The size L offered here is recommended for a forearm length (see illustration) between 395 and 425 mm.
If required, the extension can even be shortened by a maximum of 45 mm. Ideally, the Syntace Speedcutter tube cutter should be used for this.
