Technically, the new 105 groupset is similar to its big sisters Dura-Ace and Ultegra. Many features have been adopted, such as the 12-speed drivetrain, which enables a wider gear range and makes long climbs very comfortable even for less experienced riders. Although the slightly simpler choice of materials marginally increases the weight, you don't have to make any compromises in terms of functionality.

With the FD-R7100 front derailleur, shifting is even faster and more precise. The Shimano toggle link construction with its optimized cage design guarantees harmonious shifting performance. An integrated adjustment screw for the tension significantly simplifies installation and subsequent adjustment.
