The SRAM Force Flattop chain has been redesigned from the ground up. The unique shape of the milled inner and outer plates has made the chain even lighter. The greater distance between the outer plates and the sprockets ensures smoother chain movement and even more precise shifting. With its durable hard chrome coating on the inside of the plates and the link rollers, it is particularly resistant to hard shifting maneuvers and reaches a new level in terms of durability and low weight.
Thanks to the innovative HollowPin E1 technology, hollow drilled pins are used, which further reduce the weight compared to solid chain pins without compromising on stiffness and load capacity.
In the purple version, the Force Flattop chain also adds a striking color accent to your SRAM Road or XPLR drivetrain. The included PowerLock chain lock makes it easy to install and remove.

WAXED with REX
Have the advantages of a waxed chain convinced you, but you're afraid of the time-consuming process? We'll do the work for you! All chains are professionally cleaned before treatment and then professionally bathed in hot wax. Only REX Black Diamond Hot Wax is used for this.
The Finns at REX have already broken all records in chain life tests with the synthetic, wax-based Black Diamond chain lubricant. But resting on their laurels was out of the question for the wax specialists from the world of ski racing. Even if you might think that ski waxes and chain oils have little in common, they both pursue the same goal: to minimize frictional resistance and prevent dirt and impurities from sticking. With the new Black Diamond Hot Wax, REX combines 70 years of experience in the production of kerosene ski waxes with the outstanding additives of the liquid Black Diamond chain lubricant.

Note: The color impression of the chain is initially somewhat clouded by the treatment. After a few kilometers in the saddle, the dark discoloration is no longer visible and the chain shines again in all its glory. To clean the chain, we recommend using a dry microfiber cloth and, if necessary, warm water without any additives.
To maximize the service life of the chain, we recommend relubricating the chain with a wax-based liquid lubricant after a mileage of 600 kilometers. You can find selected Rex products here.
