MAURTEN Hydrogel Gel 160 | 65g
The Swedish brand Maurten offers a variety of sports nutrition products. It was named after Mårten, a triathlete and family friend of the company's founder and entrepreneur Olof Sköld. Gel 160 is made using hydrogel technology and consists of six natural ingredients. This is a biopolymer matrix filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose (0.8:1 ratio) and allows the mount of up to 100g of carbohydrates per hour. The hydrogel is particularly well tolerated because it encapsulates carbohydrates and salts and enables the nutrients to be transported quickly into the intestines, where they are finally absorbed. The new Gel 160 is more energy in every sachet, it contains 40g carbohydrates and 160 kcal.
