CeraMAG stem - high-end lightweight
With a weight of just 100g (for a 33 mm stem length), the CeraMAG Ti offers an outstanding ratio of weight to stability and thus lays claim to being one of the lightest stems on the market approved for gravity use. This elegant piece is made from a high-strength magnesium alloy, which is then given a ceramic coating for protection. Magnesium has the advantage over aluminum of being able to dampen vibrations better. Another highlight is the clamping area for the handlebars, which has been specially optimized for the use of carbon handlebars. Thanks to the special zero-gap front plate, the 210° handlebar mount and the 65 mm wide clamping area, the clamping forces are evenly distributed between the handlebars and stem. This protects the handlebars from damage and ensures maximum control and precise steering behavior even in the toughest terrain. The integrated head tube sealing cap also ensures that the head tube and headset are reliably protected from dirt.
