LEAP COMPONENTS shift buttons for SRAM AXS Controller | Quickshift

The Leap Components Quickshift buttons are an ergonomic alternative for the SRAM AXS Controller. The buttons are arranged so that they are next to each other and are therefore easier to reach with both the thumb and the index finger. This leads to a noticeable improvement in shifting performance. The conversion also eliminates the annoying play of the standard buttons.

The popular 3D printing process fused deposition modeling is used to manufacture the buttons. With an exceptionally high resolution, a 0.4 millimeter nozzle prints the molten thermoplastic filament in extremely thin layers of just 0.08 millimeters onto a platform. The individual strands of plastic harden in the air and bond with the existing layer underneath. This process is repeated until the desired shape of the workpiece is completely printed. The result is so fine that it only becomes apparent at second glance that it is a 3D-printed component.
