KNIPEX wire rope shears

The Knipex wire rope cutter is a cutting tool with special additional functions for assembling Bowden cables. They cut up to 7 mm for stranded cables and up to 5 mm for wire ropes, suitable for all applications in assembly shops and workshops. The precise press profiles enable Bowden cables and Bowden cable sleeves to be assembled directly after cutting. End sleeves secure Bowden cable sheaths after cutting to length by pressing them on; end caps secure Bowden cables by pressing them on. A space-saving internal opening spring ensures comfort during cutting by reducing manual force and automatically opening the pliers when released. A safety catch prevents unintentional opening during transportation. The adjustable screw joint ensures precise, backlash-free operation.

Each pair of pliers contains over 130 years of Knipex specialist know-how.
