HOPE brake caliper RX4+ Postmount for Shimano / Campagnolo | Mineral oil
HOPE has the right brake solution for gravel bikes and road bikes in its range. The proven English art of milling combined with technical understanding has led to the HOPE RX4+ brake caliper. The current RX4+ mineral oil version shines with an improved angle of the brake line connection and new mounting variants for the flat mount standard.
According to HOPE, the RX4+ brake caliper with its monobloc design is perfectly machined from a solid piece and not only offers increased performance compared to two-piece solutions, but also prevents unwanted rubbing or "rubbing" with the matching pads and discs, while simultaneously improving the pressure point. Another advantage is the four-piston solution, with two smaller and two larger slave pistons. The two smaller ones lead to quick application of the brake pad, while the two larger ones maximize the braking force. This allows you to finely regulate the braking force even on difficult surfaces.
The HOPE RX4+ brake caliper fits all current hydraulic Shimano and Campagnolo road bike brake levers, the replacement is very simple, as you only have to replace your existing brake caliper with the HOPE RX4+ brake caliper. This means you can update all Shimano and Campagnolo road bike groupsets (Shimano Dura Ace, Ultegra, 105, GRX and Campagnolo Super Record, Record, H11) to the HOPE RX4+ brake caliper.
Note: HOPE RX4+ brake calipers are only approved for the mineral oils used by Shimano and Campagnolo! The HOPE RX4+ mineral oil versions are also compatible with HOPE RX4 (mineral oil) brake pads.
