GARBARUK cassette 12-speed GEN2.0 Gravel | 10-48 teeth | SRAM XD for XPLR AXS | AXS Road 12-speed rear derailleurs | orange
Garbaruk is a young company from the Ukraine, which has its roots in motorsport. The design and manufacture of tuning parts for engines and chassis were the company's hobbyhorse. Today, the Garbaruk brothers, who are cycling enthusiasts, apply the experience and knowledge they have gained to the production of bicycle parts. All steps from design and production to surface finishing take place under one roof.
Say goodbye to shifting parts! With the Garbaruk 12-speed gravel cassette with 10 to 48 teeth, even the steepest ramps become rideable. The GEN2.0 design of the tooth profiles and shifting ramps ensures precise shifting behavior in all conditions and smooth chain running. In addition, the revised cassette design is less sensitive if the rear derailleur is not optimally adjusted. Even if the indexing of an AXS rear derailleur is deliberately changed by a few clicks, the cassette continues to shift smoothly. Thanks to the milling from a block of hardened steel, the cassette weighs just 340 grams. The elaborately milled final sprocket with 48 teeth and spider is made from a single piece of 7075-T6 aluminum. The teeth of the cassette have been designed for use with SRAM Flattop chains (including T-Type). Despite its wide range, the cassette is compatible with a standard SRAM AXS XPLR 12-speed rear derailleur. The cassette is available with 8 different colored sprockets for a matching look.
NOTE: If you want to use the Garbaruk Gravel cassette with 10-48 teeth with a SRAM AXS Road 36T rear derailleur, the rear derailleur cage developed by Garbaruk for AXS Road rear derailleurs must be fitted.
Revised shifting ramps
The GEN2.0 cassette has repositioned shifting ramps, which enable faster and more predictable shifting. The shifting behavior remains precise even under high loads, which is why the GEN2.0 cassette is also approved for use on e-bikes.
New tooth profiles
The newly designed tooth shape ensures better chain guidance and more consistent shifting behavior, especially under load.
Noise-optimized chamfers
Micro chamfers specifically placed on the teeth reduce friction during chain contact, improve chain running and thus reduce the noise generated by the drivetrain.
Additional dirt drainage channels
Larger spaces between the teeth enable faster removal of mud and dirt. In addition, the optimized tooth profiles ensure better self-cleaning and therefore more precise shifting performance in adverse conditions.
