EXTRALITE freehub body kit for HyperSmart3 hub 48T | Shimano Road

Extralite hubs have a reputation for being durable and indestructible. Nevertheless, wear or defects can of course occur after years of hard use. And so that you don't have to replace the entire component, you can get a relatively inexpensive replacement here.
This kit not only replaces the freehub body, it also includes the toothed pulley. This means that the entire drive unit is back in as-new condition and you can concentrate fully on the trail again.
This toothed pulley freewheel has 48 ratchets. This greatly reduces the free travel, but the contact surface of the individual teeth is smaller and should therefore NOT be used on e-bikes.

Enduro stainless steel ball bearings
Enduro Bearings stainless steel bearings are an interesting alternative for anyone who wants to ride in all weathers. Although the 440C stainless steel used is somewhat softer than chromium-containing steel, it is significantly more durable due to its excellent corrosion resistance when constantly exposed to moisture or dirt. The seals used and the CRC Marine Grease permanently prevent the ingress of water and dirt.
