DT SWISS rim 29" EX 511

Actually, that's what mountain biking was all about from the start. And the EX 511 is exactly the right rim for this: It has the technology that has already delivered numerous EWS victories and packs it into a 30 mm wide profile. Then let's get started!
The rim is connected using the SBWT® welding process. The rim is stabilized with a block during welding and then CNC machined to guarantee a seamless transition. Convinced of the robustness, DT Swiss approves the rim up to a system weight of 130 kilograms. Like all DT Swiss rims in the current range, the EX 511 29" is also ideally suited for tubeless operation. All you need is a suitable tubeless tape, tubeless valves and sealing milk. The rim is supplied with suitable DT Squorx Pro Head® nipples and PHR washers The washers are mounted between the nipple and the rim to ensure an optimal fit of the nipple and thus protect the sensitive spoke ends.
