25 mm premium aluminum rim
DT Swiss uses only the highest quality alloys for its premium aluminum rim. The result is impressive. In addition to its low weight, it impresses with high stiffness and yet sufficient comfort. The workmanship is of the highest standard. The rim ends are welded and ground together, which guarantees almost unlimited durability and ensures a uniform appearance. In addition, the shot-peened surface largely prevents stone chips, so that it appears as good as new even after many rides.
Thanks to the enormous 24 mm inner width, even large-volume tires are perfectly supported, which prevents them from buckling in fast bends and ensures greater riding stability and better damping capacity. In addition, the rim is of course designed for tubeless systems, allowing you to ride with lower air pressure and further improving comfort and grip.

DT Swiss 350 Spline hub
At the center is an indestructible DT Swiss 350 hub in a modern, narrow spline design. Thanks to its proven construction, it can withstand even the toughest conditions and always guarantees reliable propulsion with the ratchet freehub. Thanks to the large-area power transmission via 36 teeth, the system can transmit significantly greater forces than a ratchet freewheel and is less susceptible to wear. It also impresses with its low weight and ensures a long service life and low maintenance thanks to the perfectly sealed bearings.

DT Swiss Aero Comp Wide Straightpull spokes with Pro Lock nipples
Thanks to their blade shape, the spokes also give the wind little surface to attack and thus support the good aerodynamics of the wheel. The middle section was flattened using the cold forging process and also ensures high material strength. The straight design and the elimination of the highly stressed spoke bend also eliminates a potential breakage point and minimizes susceptibility to punctures
In the Pro Lock process, a patented two-component adhesive is injected into the nipple thread, enabling the construction of extremely durable wheels. As soon as the nipples are screwed in, the adhesive is activated and hardens completely at room temperature after approx. 6 - 7 hours. Repeated re-centering is still possible without any problems, although the adhesive strength decreases slightly each time.
