A small team of cycling enthusiasts develops and produces high-quality bike components there. These are not only functional, but also lightweight and stand out from the crowd. By manufacturing on site, the production process can be monitored at all times and exceptional quality guaranteed. And this is exactly what is visible in each of their products.

Based on the lightweight and robust Rool road bike handlebars, BJORN Carbon has developed a gravel version for even more bike control with excellent steering characteristics. With its low drop of 100 millimeters and 12° flare, it offers you a comfortable and stable riding position in the lower link. Its ergonomically shaped top link ensures a comfortable hand position on long rides. Despite its extremely low weight of just 165 grams, the Rool Gravel is designed for a maximum rider weight of 120 kg including luggage. But why do the Slovenians have so much confidence in their Rool Gravel? During the production process, the individual carbon layers are not only laid, but also shaped and pressed in a special process under a pressure of 50 bar. This prevents porosity and cracking from the outset. This type of lamination ensures that you are safe even in difficult passages.
In order to save weight despite the high stability, the amount of material used was calculated precisely. For example, the clamping sections for the stem or levers have been reinforced in a defined manner, while carbon layers can be dispensed with in less stressed areas.This means that the Rool also has a certain degree of flexibility and can absorb impacts from the ground.
For a clean look and full compatibility with modern frames, the handlebars have holes for routing the brake lines internally. This means that they are well protected and can be pulled directly into the head tube using suitable stems.

NOTE: On request, the Rool Gravel handlebars are also available with a 100 millimetre wide clamping range for mounting aerobar extensions.
