Ambit Components - at home in the mountains

The innovation base of the still young brand is located in the tranquil town of Oberammergau in the Bavarian Alps. Realm rim - simply robust
The Realm rim was developed together with the Ambit Components team riders especially for tough enduro, freeride and downhill use. The focus of the development was on puncture resistance. To ensure that the fun in the bike park does not end with a flat tire, the rim flange was designed to be particularly wide. This has increased puncture resistance by 28 percent. To optimize the damping and riding characteristics, the rim is available in two different versions. The 21 mm high rim is used on the rear wheel, the 18.5 mm high rim on the front wheel. The lower height of the rim increases damping and thus counteracts arm pump. Furthermore, the concave contact surface for spoke nipples increases durability and stability.
