Acros' hobbyhorse is bearings, in the form of headset bearings, hub bearings and, of course, bottom brackets. This threaded T47 bottom bracket offers double-sealed deep groove ball bearings made of stainless steel, which house the 24 mm crank axle of a Shimano Hollowtech II, Race Face X-Type or FSA MegaExo in a shell made of anodized 7075 aluminium. From the outside, an extra seal protects against dirt and moisture, as well as against contact between the crank axle and ball bearing. Further protection is provided by a plastic connecting sleeve between the bearing shells to also protect the ball bearings from the inside. Ball bearings are and remain wearing parts, which is why the bearings on all Acros bottom brackets can be easily exchanged and replaced with new Acros bearings.

NOTE: This is a variant with internal bearings.
