The processing of your return usually takes about 3-5 business days after arrival. When your return is being processed, we inform you by e-mail. The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.
It is not possible to exchange a returned item for another directly. If you want an exchange item,
please reorder it in the shop. Refunds for returned items will be made as soon as possible.
*A return label is not available for all countries. If your country is not available, please frank your package sufficiently. The costs for non prepaid consignments will be charged.
To all non-EU customers: please declare your delivery as "return for refund" for an easier handling at the customs. Please attach at the outside of the package the original invoice (mark the return goods).
