Braking power is everything. That was the challenge the engineers at Hayes took on. The result is the completely newly developed Dominion A4.
The sender on the lever is factory-adjusted to the shortest possible idle travel in order to generate a crisp pressure point immediately upon actuation. Four pistons are built into the cold-forged, stiff brake caliper in order to be able to use the largest possible brake pads and thus to generate maximum braking force. In addition, the generous dimensions of the brake caliper have a positive effect on thermal management. The Crosshair Caliper Alignment System makes it much easier for you to assemble and align your brake caliper. The brake calliper can be adjusted quickly, precisely and without grinding with two set screws on the side.
The motorsport-inspired two-stroke dual-port ventilation system makes it easier to maintain your brakes and you always have optimal performance. The brake line is reinforced with Kevlar in order to withstand possible damage as well as possible and not to distribute the DOT 5.1 brake fluid on the trail.
