Special oil for the Sylomer clutch mechanism of Zipp Cognition freewheel heads. The oil should be replaced once a month or every 100 operating hours. The freewheel mechanism should be cleaned beforehand. Then apply one milliliter of Cognition oil to the Sylomer clutch mechanism.
