With the SL 80 Race carbon handlebars, Zipp manages the balancing act between aerodynamic efficiency and maximum comfort. Its advanced wing shape not only reduces air resistance, it also sits particularly well in the hand with its slightly sloping shape. For maximum grip, the handlebars are supplied with a matching, easy-to-fit shrink tube for the top link, which also covers the cables. The drops are set relatively far outwards with a 5 degree flare and an additional 8 degree outsweep. This gives you a lot of control on descents and plenty of freedom of movement when sprinting.
The SL 80 Race was developed for perfect integration of the latest Red AXS shifting components. An overhang ensures a seamless transition of the STI and SRAM Wireless Blips can be integrated into recesses in the drops and under the top link for additional shifting options. The brake lines are routed under the handlebars in external cable ducts for easy installation. However, cut-outs behind the stem clamp allow the cables to be routed into the stem for fully integrated cable routing. The SL-80 Race is available in 5 different widths so that every type of rider can find the right handlebar for them.

Zipp Lifetime Warranty
Zipp grants you a lifetime warranty on your Zipp handlebars when used properly. The warranty also covers racing use and damage caused by riding errors, as long as the handlebars have been used for their intended purpose. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is mandatory!

NOTE: For a secure handlebar clamp, the enclosed spacer for the handlebar groove must be fitted to the stem clamp (see instructions for use).
