Wolf Tooth BSA bottom brackets are designed to ensure smooth running, durability, light weight, fast rotation and easy maintenance. The innovative design integrates custom bearings, seals, bushings and housings to eliminate creaking noise and provide superior weather sealing. Optimized radial compression, precise alignment and preload are used to minimize drag. The bottom brackets are compatible with 30 mm shaft diameters and are available in three color options to integrate seamlessly with existing Wolf Tooth components.

The bearing design is based on hardened chrome steel for balls and races, which has a higher surface hardness compared to stainless steel. This choice of material increases the durability of the bearing rings and reduces rotational resistance and noise. In addition, the race is coated with an ACOSUR ZNA coating, which after a 500-hour salt water test has a corrosion resistance that is at least equal to that of stainless steel. The material of the bearings, in combination with a comprehensive sealing system and the avoidance of metal-to-metal contact, ensures reliable performance under a wide range of operating conditions.
