The new Cento road cycling shoe from Udog combines ultra-high stiffness, exceptional comfort and breathability. The upper material made of laser-perforated leather is light, soft and stable at the same time, which also gives the shoe a special visual appeal. The carbon sole has a stiffness value of 11, and integrated ventilation channels ensure optimum air circulation. The fit of the shoe is characterized by a generous toe box, a raised heel for additional support and a stable foot position, which enables optimal power transmission and efficiency. A remarkable technological innovation of the Udog Cento road bike shoes are the specially developed twist locks. Instead of relying on well-known systems from suppliers such as Boa, Udog has developed the Micro Twist Dial System. Each shoe is equipped with two fasteners - one on the side and one centrally on the top of the instep. These twist dials have a diameter of 30 millimetres and are particularly easy to grip thanks to the soft rubber. The fine ratcheting enables precise adjustment. With a height of just 10 millimetres, the twist locks also offer aerodynamic advantages.
The name Udog stands for underdog. Udog was founded in 2021 by Alberto Fonte in Veneto, Italy, out of love for cycling - a region with a long and impressive cycling tradition and an obsession with fashion and style.
