TOPEAK Handlebar Rack

The Topeak Handlebar Rack is a luggage rack made of robust, lightweight aluminum for handlebar mounting. It is bolted to the handlebar for particularly stable and torsion-proof attachment. The height can be adjusted in two positions on the frame. Bags or other accessories can be secured quickly and easily using the included expander.
