Rim Syntace C25i Carbon
Syntace's many years of experience in rim and wheel construction can also be seen in the C25i rim. Light, high-quality workmanship and absolutely stable, it is designed for the sporty gravel biker, but also gets the light cross-country rider to the finish line faster.
Again, carbon is used here. This reduces weight and increases functionality. More material is used at particularly stressed points, which can be saved again at non-critical points. The rim flange is also provided with a hook. This makes removing the tire a little more difficult, but it sits absolutely securely in the rim bed even at higher air pressures and does not jump off if there is a sudden loss of air. The cross-section has been aerodynamically optimized, which, thanks to its great height and shape, can better dissipate the airstream and also generate excellent lateral rigidity. The three-dimensionally aligned bores allow the nipples to be embedded at the correct angle and thus prevent the spokes from buckling when there are few spokes and short lengths. Due to the inner width of 25 mm, wide tires also have a rounder shape and are securely supported. This ensures better grip, more comfort and higher puncture protection. And should you crash against an edge, the patented rim flange prevents damage.

Syntace only uses the specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 spokes. Consisting of particularly tough and high-tensile Swedish steel, these are manufactured by Sapim exclusively for Syntace. The very careful production allows shorter and more stable sections in the most heavily loaded spoke ends, with reduced weight at the same time. For emergency repairs, your wheelset is also compatible with standard straightpull spokes from other manufacturers. The self-locking nipples guarantee high mileage with low service costs.
Hub Syntace Speed Torque
The 5th generation of Syntace rear hubs ensures even lighter wheels without sacrificing reliability. The filigree hub body is equipped with stable 28 mm precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect corrosion protection and outstanding durability. An additional sealing disc in front of the ball bearings prevents the ingress of spray water. The larger hub flange on the drive side can absorb high torques better, so that excessive load peaks are not transferred to spokes, nipples and rims. In addition, the three-dimensionally aligned spoke mounts prevent the spokes from buckling. The super-wide ball bearing support of the freewheel body ensures better shifting precision. In contrast to the previous version, the distance has grown by 11.5 millimeters. The infinitely adjustable MicroAdjust adjustment cap enables quick and easy adjustment of the axial hub play.
The 5th generation Syntace toothed disc freewheel with its distinctive sound has 24 locking points and is designed for maximum durability. For easy maintenance, the freewheel body can be disassembled without tools.
10 years (3+7) impeller guarantee
Syntace employees stand by the high quality of their products. In the event of damage caused by material or manufacturing defects, the wheel or wheel part will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the first 3 years of the guarantee, after that up to the end of the 10th year for a flat-rate usage fee of 50% of the currently recommended, non-binding retail price.
