The carefully selected individual parts developed by Syntace always reflect the current state of the art and are often seen as a source of ideas. The front wheel has the same spoke angles on both sides, which leads to higher rigidity and improves steering precision. Syntace guarantees the consistent quality of impeller construction with the help of the spoke and centering robot they helped to develop. This achieves the same quality as with manual work.
Syntace W33i aluminum rim
The many years of experience of the Bavarians can already be seen on the rim. The ends were not plugged, but welded. This optimizes concentricity and achieves greater stability. In addition, annoying cracking noises are suppressed even after years.
The V-shape profile, with its sloping and massively reinforced rim flanges, has a retaining groove for the best possible tire fit and reliably seals tubeless systems. In addition, the impact resistance has been increased by 25% compared to the multiple test winner and predecessor Syntace W35.
spokes
Syntace only uses the specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 spokes. Consisting of particularly tough and high-tensile Swedish steel, this is manufactured by Sapim exclusively for Syntace. The very careful production allows shorter and more stable sections in the most heavily loaded spoke ends, with reduced weight at the same time. For emergency repairs, your wheelset is also compatible with standard straightpull spokes from other manufacturers. The self-locking nipples guarantee high mileage with low service costs.
Hub Syntace MX SC
The heart of the Syntace wheelsets are the self-developed Syntace Straight MX hubs. These combine the finest turning and milling skills, are simple in appearance, but have superior inner values.
A 17 mm oversize axle ensures maximum rigidity with minimum weight. The hub body is equipped with precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect protection against corrosion and outstanding durability. An additional, double sealing washer in front of the ball bearing prevents the ingress of spray water. In addition, the axial bearing clearance can be easily adjusted using the MicroAdjust caps.
The hub is equipped with Small Cap (SC) hub end caps. This makes it compatible with all common suspension forks. Rock Shox fork drivers can convert to the optionally available, larger torque caps.
10 years (3+7) impeller guarantee
Syntace employees stand by the high quality of their products. In the event of damage caused by material or manufacturing defects, the wheel or wheel part will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the first 3 years of the guarantee, then up to the end of the 10th year for a flat-rate usage fee of 50% of the currently recommended, non-binding retail price.
