The heart of the Syntace wheel sets are the self-developed Syntace Speedtorque (patent pending). Finest turning and milling art, simple in the optical appearance, but with superior inner values.
A butted oversize axle ensures maximum rigidity with minimum weight. The hub body is equipped with heavy-duty precision deep groove ball bearings, which have a special grease filling for perfect protection against corrosion and, thanks to the increased filling level, an outstanding longevity. An additional double sealing washer in front of the ball bearing prevents the ingress of spray water.
The steplessly adjustable adjustment cap enables the axial hub play to be adjusted quickly and easily. Optimized flanges ensure the same spoke angles and spokes of the same length. In addition, the three-dimensionally drilled spoke mounts effectively prevent the spokes from buckling. This reduces uneven tension and allows the use of thinner spokes for weight reduction.
