SYNCROS wheelset 28" Capital 1.0 40 | Shimano Road

This SYNCROS Capital wheelset is recommended for all those who feel particularly comfortable on hilly terrain. It is the perfect basis for any road bike and lets you fly up the hills thanks to its low weight.

At the center of the wheelset are the hubs developed by Syncros itself. With their high-quality bearings adapted to the area of use and an elaborate seal, a long service life and low maintenance are guaranteed. The high rigidity of the slim body distributes the forces that occur during braking and acceleration evenly, so that no damage is caused by load peaks. A pawl freewheel on the rear wheel ensures extremely direct and reliable power transmission.
The spokes also come directly from Syncros. Their butted shape reduces weight and ensures comfort and durability thanks to their flexibility. The double crossed lacing also makes for a very stiff wheel.
The rims are a real eye-catcher. Made from high-quality carbon fibers, they are stable and can withstand even the hardest impacts. This is also supported by the reinforced rim flanges. The rim height of 40 mm guarantees very good aerodynamics, but also largely cushions bumpy roads, while still being stiff enough to provide excellent directional stability on fast descents. Of course, the rims can be run tubeless, which guarantees a high level of puncture protection even with low air pressure. The inner width is very generous. Even very wide tires are reliably supported and you always have a safe riding experience.
