Its shape makes it a classic accessory with timeless utility, and it's the perfect size for tools, a windbreaker and odds and ends. There are also two handy pockets on the sides that fold flat when not in use. It is made from recycled polyester and can be attached in many different ways, depending on front or rear, with or without spacers and depending on the handlebars and rider position.
