With the XX1 Eagle complete groupset, you can equip your bike with the new Eagle cassettes with 52 teeth. The increased gear range compared to the Eagle cassettes with 10-50 teeth not only offers more reserves for extremely steep climbs. Powerful riders can use a larger chainring thanks to the increased gear range of 520% without compromising the bike's climbing capabilities. As a result, the drivetrain enables a higher top speed and the rider also uses the larger sprockets of the cassette more often, which are more efficient. With the 4 different color variants of cassette and chain, you can set a visual accent on your bike.
Crank
Thanks to the use of the Carbon Tuned manufacturing process, the wall thickness of the XX1 Eagle DUB crank has been selected in such a way that it has a very high level of stiffness and is still an absolute lightweight. The crank is complemented by the new X-Sync 2 SL Direct Mount chainrings. With the proven alternating thick-thin tooth profile, which is matched to the XX1 Eagle chain, the X-Sync 2 chainrings always keep the chain securely in place.The crank is supplied with a 34-tooth chainring, but you can find retrofit chainrings with 30 to 38 teeth in our store. The crank is available with a crank length of 170 millimetres or 175 millimetres
Rear derailleur
The XX1 Eagle rear derailleur has not only been adapted to the 12-speed gear ratio of the XX1 Eagle groupset, it also comes with some new features. The number of teeth on the lower derailleur pulley has been increased to 14 teeth, which ensures that the chain runs even more smoothly and with less resistance.The smoother chain run is supported by the optimized Type 3.0 cage damping, which effectively prevents the chain from slapping in rough terrain. A newly designed suspension on the frame makes the rear derailleur even more robust and durable. Identical to the XX1 rear derailleur is the extremely high tension of the rear derailleur cage and the X-Sync derailleur pulleys, which are matched to the chain and effectively prevent the chain from jumping off even without a chain guide. Thanks to a new geometry, the XX1 Eagle rear derailleur is suitable for SRAM Eagle cassettes up to a maximum of 52 teeth.
Trigger
The proven, extremely lightweight XX1 Trigger shifter has been updated for the 12-speed XX1 Eagle groupset. Its Exact Actuation technology ensures smooth and even gear changes across the entire transmission range. The thumb lever is made of carbon and is adjustable from +30° to -30°. The XX1 Eagle shifter can be mounted with the SRAM Matchmaker or Matchmaker X for a tidy cockpit and optimum ergonomics.
Cassette
With the proven SRAM X-Dome technology, the Eagle 12-speed cassette is one of the most durable and stiffest cassettes on the market. SRAM achieves this by milling the cassette from a single block. This manufacturing technique also makes it possible to keep the weight extremely low, even with durable steel sprockets. Only the 52 mm final sprocket is made of aluminum.
Chain
The SRAM Eagle 12-speed chain plays a major role in the smooth running and quiet operation of the XX1 Eagle AXS 12-speed groupset. This is achieved by the particularly strongly rounded outer plates and the consistent absence of sharp edges.The HollowPin design enables smooth, precise shifting and weight savings without compromising on strength. The pins are reinforced with a chrome coating, with various coatings offering a high level of corrosion protection and reducing chain friction. The revised PowerLock chain lock has a longer service life and is even easier to use.
