SRAM RED Switch | Brake lever Double Tap
The SRAM RED shift / brake levers radiate a new look and continue the philosophy of perfection of the interface between driver and wheel. SRAM has thoroughly examined everything - the transition between the handlebar and grips, the handle structure, the finger grip width and the respective contact points with both the shift lever and the brake lever. The result is an extremely comfortable, especially individual fit, whereby the shift / brake levers appear like a natural extension of the driver.
Double Tap
What is DoubleTap? DoubleTap is the key technology of SRAM, replacing traditional technology. The combination of brake and shift lever has not proven itself. SRAM RED, SRAM Force, SRAM Rival and SRAM Apex have a brake lever that brakes and a shift lever that switches.
Yaw
The derailleur cage rotates and is thus at a constant angular relationship with the chain. The Yaw technology allows for a trimming-free circuit. The gearshifts are thus more direct and precise and combined with the new Red crank and the red chains, the Yaw is a perfect unit with the chain. The Yaw technology allows for a trimming-free circuit. The gearshifts are made more directly and more precisely and in combination with the new RED crank and the RED chain blades, the Yaw ensures unprecedented performance when shifting forward.
