This nutritional supplement is an important partner to prepare you specifically for a high training load or a tough competition. It also helps with regeneration.
The functional ingredients, such as New Zealand black currant, Montmorency cherry and citrus bioflavonoids, have all been tested by sports scientists and have been proven to support your body during peak performance. They promote blood flow so that oxygen can be transported to the muscle cells unhindered. In addition, fat burning is stimulated to provide additional energy. After exercise, the selenium it contains reduces oxidative stress in the cells and contributes significantly to a faster and shorter recovery.

Recommended dosage:
- Dissolve the contents of the sachet in approx. 150-200 ml of water

- Strength sports: 2-3 hours before competitions or intensive training to support performance & recovery
