The experts at Spatzwear, with two Olympic victories and numerous world championship titles to their name, have poured their accumulated knowledge into the development of the Fasta Aero Jersey. It is characterized by a targeted selection and placement of the fabric panels to optimize aerodynamics. The seams are strategically placed so as not to impede airflow, while the thinner fabric on the back ensures excellent heat dissipation. Particularly outstanding are the back pockets, in which gels and a windbreaker, for example, can be securely stowed without slipping, even at high race speeds. The middle pocket is ideal for stowing a key or small change. Another innovation is the Race Stripe, which optimizes airflow over the pocket openings and secures the contents of the pockets. The jersey not only gives you a significant performance boost when chasing hundredths of a second, but also dresses you comfortably and stylishly.
Spatzwear is the result of countless cold, wet miles in the Yorkshire Dales and the brainchild of Tom Barras, a professional cyclist. After longing for a solution to cold, wet feet while cycling, he developed the first prototypes at the dinner table in 2006. It wasn't until 2016, after a meeting on an icy bike ride with a triathlete in Yorkshire, that the Spatz prototypes were further developed and became a game changer in terms of overshoe systems and functional clothing.

Note on color transfer
The jersey is manufactured using full sublimation technology, as used in professional and WorldTour race clothing. Due to the high pigment saturation required for intense colors and sharp graphics on a light background, slight color transfer may occur during the first few uses or before the first few washes. This is a known and documented characteristic of high-performance, sublimated racing textiles and is not a production defect. This effect is particularly visible during the first few uses and decreases significantly after 3-4 washes. It does not affect the fabric quality, performance or durability. The jersey should be washed separately or together with light colors at max. 30 °C for the first few washes.
