Numerous world championships have already been won on sintered products, especially in the field of go-kart brake pads and other friction materials. Leveraging their vast expertise and in-house labs to develop bicycle brake pads is Sinter's next big step. The 25-strong team develops and produces all products in its own factory in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana.
The strictest environmental regulations are followed during production.
The pads with a blue steel backing plate have been specially developed for use on e-bikes and other heavy bikes. With its high fading stability, its organic pad mixture offers constant braking performance and low wear under all temperature conditions. With their high modulation, the e-bike pads ensure comfortable braking with good dosing.
