The top model in Shimano's S-Phyre line is an uncompromising competition shoe, tailor-made for you as a road racer. The 360° enclosing, one-piece construction sets new standards for fit, pedaling stability, stiffness and weight reduction. The shoe adapts to your foot and not the other way around. Reinforced and flexible mesh fabric is integrated in the front side area, which fits perfectly. The external heel counter stabilizes the foot during explosive movements, such as sprinting or high cadence. The footbed is removable and can be replaced with a customized one. In addition, arch pads are included to ensure that every foot shape gets an uncompromising fit. The BOA® Li2 lacing system with micro-adjustment and quick release also ensures a perfect fit. The very torsion-resistant carbon sole guarantees direct power transmission. A small heel under the heel supports you when running. And to ensure that you don't have to bathe in your own juices in the heat of the race, strategically placed ventilation openings provide sufficient airflow. The S-Phyre shoes are not only technically impressive, they also look great. The black lettering is definitely an eye-catcher and the aggressive shape of the offset heel area makes it clear to the competition that someone wants to win here.

This version is approx. 6 % wider in the forefoot than the standard lasts and offers wider feet more space there.
