Ever since Shimano launched the GRX, a specific groupset for gravel riders, it has been synonymous with reliability, durability and functionality. After minor optimizations, the Japanese company has made a major leap with this version. Thanks to the 1x12-speed drivetrain, contemporary wireless control and the usual outstanding build quality, there are no limits to your bike dreams and you get a loyal companion for your adventures.

The GRX brake levers have a grip geometry and surface texture specially optimized for gravel use. The upper bump has been raised to prevent you from slipping forwards on rough surfaces, while the shape has been optimized for wide-open positions.And to prevent your hands from sliding back and forth even when riding in the rain, a grippy material has been selected which also has good damping properties and therefore increases comfort.
The brake lever has been designed so that you can stop quickly at any time from any grip position. It is slightly bent inwards and the pivot point of the lever has been moved upwards. This improves ergonomics and at the same time reduces the amount of manual force required. The lever has an anti-slip coating to ensure that your fingers rest securely on it, even on bumpy roads. The grip width can also be individually adjusted so that bikers with smaller hands can also ride comfortably.
