SHIMANO cleats CL-MT001 incl. counter plate

After almost 30 years, Shimano has given the SPD cleats a makeover. The cleats now offer a multi-entry function that makes clicking in easier and more versatile. They are 100% backwards compatible with existing Shimano SPD pedals.
Instead of only clipping in at the front ("toe-first") as before, you can now also clip in with the heel first and then at the front, straight from the top ("stomp-in"), or as usual first at the front and then at the back. This flexibility makes technical passages, trails or fast cyclocross climbs in particular much easier and safer.

In addition to the cleats, the scope of delivery also includes two counter plates for your shoe.

Whether you want to replace a worn cleat or prioritize a functional upgrade, the CL-MT001 is the right choice for you.
